Meet Linz – Holistic Life Coach for Women
Hi! I’m Linz, a certified life coach with a passion for helping women heal from anxious attachment, build self-worth, and rediscover their authentic selves. I believe every woman is valuable, not because of her looks, achievements, or actions, but simply because she exists. Through my journey of personal growth and professional training, I’ve made it my mission to help women feel seen, valued, and confident in their relationships and within themselves.
My Story: A Passion for Connection
I grew up in North Texas, surrounded by family, stories, and a love of fantastical worlds like The Lord of the Rings (my favorite movie!). As the second oldest of four kids (where are my fellow middle children at?), I learned the importance of connection early on, which shaped my career path and life’s work. From waitressing and event planning to ministry and even tech support for law enforcement, I’ve always been drawn to helping others.
No matter the role, one truth stayed with me: women are enough just as they are. Whether I was talking to a friend, a client, or a colleague, my goal was always to help them see their worth.
My Journey to Healing
The truth is, seeing and believing in my own worth was a lesson I had to learn for myself first. For years, I struggled with seeking approval from others, which left me feeling lost and disconnected from my own needs and emotions.
I’ve learned a lot through some family trauma, painful relationships (including an emotionally abusive partner that I almost married, more about that here), and religious expectations over the last 32 years. I have worked hard to unlearn the bad and relearn the good.
It wasn’t until I began my own journey of self-discovery, therapy, and training that I learned how to break free from those patterns. In May 2023, I earned my certifications as a Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC) and Mind-Body Practitioner (MBP) through the Mind Body Food Institute in Australia. This journey involved completing 530 hours of education, coaching practice clients from around the globe, and successfully finishing all written and practical requirements for the professional course. This education provided me with the knowledge and tools to elevate my own healing journey, and I’m so excited to share it with you to support yours.
In the end, I know how painful it can be to feel like your needs don’t matter or to get caught in a cycle of self-doubt and insecurity. But I also know it’s possible to heal, grow, and build a life where you can love yourself fully. And I’m here to guide you through that process.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe in a holistic, compassionate approach to coaching that helps you understand how you got to where you are, without guilt or shame. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your attachment patterns, uncover your strengths, and create a clear path forward. My goal is to help you build confidence, trust your instincts, and embrace the beautifully unique person you are.
You don’t have to stay stuck in self-doubt or anxiety. You can move forward—and even love the person you become in the process.
