  • Coaching is a personal journey and it is important that we both feel like this would be a mutually good fit. I want to make sure you feel like your questions can be answered and that YOU feel confident in the decision to work together

  • Coaching is different from therapy or mentorship. Instead of focusing exclusively on your past or telling you exactly what you should be doing, coaching is a supportive role. My job is to create a safe, non-judgemental space when we can explore the “why” behind your beliefs and behaviors, while guiding you to discover what is true and what is not, and how to move forward to a life that is no longer driven by fear and anxiey.

  • There is no exact timeline to healing, as everyone is different and comes with their own unique set of life experiences that shape who they are. I have found that twelve weeks offers enough time for my clients to learn and apply the lessons we walk through, and experience the benefit of coaching. Healing takes time, and we are aiming for long-lasting change that you can take with you throughout your lifetime. The success of coaching is dependent on your readiness to change and how committed you are to the process.
