“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress” -Unknown

I believe every single woman is completely beautiful and wonderful exactly as she is. It is not her looks, brain, or actions that define her worth. It is her existence, and her existence alone.

Hi, I’m Lindsey (aka Linz)

I’m a Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC) + Mind-Body Practitioner (MBP), and specialize in healing Anxious Attachment by helping women let go of the weight of people-pleasing to find the inner validation, peace and confidence they desperately need and have always deserved.

I am all about being honest here, and want you to feel safe to do the same. To start, I am a LOTR nerd, I’m obsessed with sour patch kids and popcorn, and I’m married to a kick-ass bagpiper. I’ve learned a lot through some family trauma, painful relationships, and religious pressure over the last 32 years and have worked hard to unlearn the bad and relearn the good. My hope is that you find your own freedom in your journey. With support, I believe your life will start to look and feel completely different in a matter of weeks.

  • "I love that Lindsey listened to everything I had to say and helped me come to my own conclusions with her kind guidance. She was so supportive in everything and gave such fantastic advice.

  • "Lindsey was a gem to work with! She was professional, task focused, and a confidence builder. She helped me talk through the good, the bad, the ugly, and the really ugly. Without judgement, she helped me create a plan for a healthier lifestyle to build the best version of me...I'm starting to see my "Little Miss Sunshine" personality surfacing for the first time in many years.

Imagine this…

It's finally Friday, the end of a long work week. You're filled with excitement, looking forward to cozying up with your husband over the weekend, diving into your favorite show, and savoring your go-to snack. But as you walk through the door, something feels off. Your husband's usual warm greeting is replaced with a half-hearted kiss, and when you ask about his day, he simply mumbles, "Fine," without his usual curiosity about yours.

Deep down, you feel a pang of hurt and worry. Is something wrong? Is he upset with you? Your mind races back to the morning when you rushed off to work, leaving the dishes undone. Could that be it? You muster the courage to ask, "Hey, are you sure everything's okay? You seem distant. Are you mad about the dishes?" He responds with silence, pulling away, "No, I just need some alone time." His words hang in the air, ominous and unsettling.

Your anxiety spikes. You try to salvage the evening, "I thought we were going to watch our show?" His response is cold, "I don't feel like it. Please, I just want to be alone." You feel a wave of hurt and rejection wash over you. With a heavy heart, you mutter, "...fine," and retreat.

As you try to distract yourself, your mind is consumed with thoughts of what went wrong and how to fix it. You feel a mix of anger and sadness. Why won't he open up to you? Why doesn't he seem to care about the plans you made or how you feel? You're left feeling abandoned, questioning your worth. Thoughts of the future loom, wondering if this is a sign of things to come.

The fear grips you, and you can't shake it until you're certain that everything is okay between you two.

Pause for a moment: Does any of this resonate with you?

The Truth

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the worry that the people you love might one day leave you? Or perhaps you experience a persistent sense of instability, as if everything in your life is on the brink of upheaval? This is known as Anxious Attachment, a psychological pattern rooted deeply in survival instincts. It’s driven by the fear of loss and instability, often stemming from impactful experiences earlier in life.

However, while these feelings are based on real past events, they may no longer serve you today. You’re in a different place now, one where those old patterns of thinking might not fit your current circumstances. Recognizing this can be the first step toward transforming outdated fears into a more secure, confident approach to relationships and life.

  • "I learned that anxious attachment affects so many different areas of life. It affects confidence and the ability to do everyday things."

FAQs

  • Coaching is a personal journey and it is important that we both feel like this would be a mutually good fit. I want to make sure you feel like your questions can be answered and that YOU feel confident in the decision to work together

  • Coaching is different from therapy or mentorship. Instead of focusing exclusively on your past or telling you exactly what you should be doing, coaching is a supportive role. My job is to create a safe, non-judgemental space when we can explore the “why” behind your beliefs and behaviors, while guiding you to discover what is true and what is not, and how to move forward to a life that is no longer driven by fear and anxiey.

  • There is no exact timeline to healing, as everyone is different and comes with their own unique set of life experiences that shape who they are. Some may feel confident after a few sessions, where others might find they need more support. Healing takes time, and we are aiming for long-lasting change that you can take with you throughout your lifetime. The success of coaching is dependent on your readiness to change and how committed you are to the process.

  • If you read through the above sections and felt like I was speaking directly to YOU, then now is the time. Odds are, you’ve been feeling this way and struggling for awhile, maybe even for your entire life. My question to you would be, “Why continue on living this way? If you knew your best friend, sister, or daughter was feeling like this, would you tell HER to just suck it up and keep going?” Most likely not. When we get used to living this way for so long, we don’t think it matters to change, or don’t believe it can be done. But it does matter, because YOU matter. I know it’s a worthy journey because I’ve walked it myself, and I know that the fight to get to the other side of fear and anxiety is way more rewarding than the comfort of staying the same. You owe this to yourself, and to the lives you will brighten as you become your secure self.

  • My goal is for you to find your healing now, not later. Please let me know if you need a payment plan set up and we can make it happen. I don’t want finances to be the thing that stands in the way of your healing!

  • Don’t see the answer to your question? Please feel free to send me any additional questions to hello@lifecoachlinz.com.

How It Works

  • We will hop on a 15 minute phone call to get to know one another, and I’ll have you share what your hopes are through coaching and we can decide if this would be a good fit.

  • I will send you some forms via email to fill out ahead of time covering my scope of practice and policies, as well as a Pre-Session Questionnaire.

  • You and I will use our first session to go over the forms I sent you, make sure we answer any questions you might have about the process, and will start working on building your customized roadmap for the our sessions together.
